| I am in the middle of 6 different college applications, and I am no where near to deciding where to go. There are so many colleges out there and I keep on finding more that I should apply to. I don't know what to do. Please pray for me. Last night was the senior's media party. I think it went really well! | so far i have looked at 3 out of 4 of the schools i came to see. they are all gorgeous!! and they all have everything i want. it is going to be really hard for me to choose... Elon, the last one i looked at, has a starbucks on campus!! i took pictures of them so i'll have to show you all. i am having a great time here. right now we are staying with the kynasts. it is so great to see them!! i really missed them. well, hang in there while i'm gone, and don't have too much fun xD ta | | |
| yay, i'm finally here. In the states. Even though i'm happy to be here I still miss Nicaragua and all my family and friends alot... I don't know how i'm going to do it in 9 months when i come here to live. anyways, today i went shopping. yay! we hit old navy first and i made some purchases xD of course. but for all you bargain lovers, i only bought one thing not on sale! xD well, i looked at the first college on my list, and it was gorgeous!! i took pictures.. with my new camera xD so i'll try to post those soon. | this is probably my record for the longest time between entries. anyways, i'm still here.
School is going well. It is just not the same as last year though. I got really depressed last week cause Rey, Raychel, Karis, Catherine, all the seniors, and a bunch of other people are not there. It's really sad. To be honest school is a little boring right now - no offense to those who are still here - but i really miss everyone. Throughout the summer it wasn't too bad, cause for the past 8 years i've been here while everyone else is gone during the summer, but it's when school started that i really started missing people. It's good to know that some will be back, but really sad cause I don't know when i'll ever see some of the others. It's really depressing.
On a happier note, soccer started. I am the sweeper xD. after our first game (which we lost 2-1) I realized i really like my position. we have a new coach too, he is a really good coach, and after just a few practices i can tell we are already getting better. I am excited for this soccer season.
School is a lot harder this year, i don't really know why. I am taking two AP classes, but in all my classes I have a lot more work along with 'senior stuff.' It is stressful being a senior. whenever we have a senior meeting i get all stressed and just wish the year were over and i were gone, but the next day i'm glad to be here and i enjoy school untill the next meeting.

| last week i helped translate for the robinson's team with katie, kyu, and sam. I just got back on saturday cause my family had a team come in, but the robinson's team is still here.. so i have had a busy week, but it's been really, really good. we stayed at the robinson's ministry center with the team so that was fun. i had an amazing time at their youth retreat, it was awesome to see God at work.
so now i am with our team who are working at nca expanding the class rooms. yay! bigger classes for next year... other than the world cup that's all that's been happening...
